AC Voltage Stabilizer or Power Line Conditioner?

The term "Power Conditioner" can often be confused with the term “Voltage Stabiliser / Regulator” and is regularly misquoted by users and suppliers alike. When comparing different manufacturer’s products be sure to check the exact features being offered. A Power Conditioner should include an inbuilt isolation transformer. If it does not, then the product is more than likely a Voltage Stabiliser / Regulator and should be compared as such.

For most applications, where Electrical Noise is not considered to be an issue, a Voltage Stabiliser / Regulator is usually the most appropriate and by far the more cost-efficient solution for delivering dependable stable voltage.
