Single Phase Variable Transformers

Single Phase Variable Transformers in ratings from 3 to over 80 Amps. Available with either Manual (AE Series) or Motorized (MAE Series) control.

Unlike fixed ratio transformers, Ashley-Edison's Variac style auto-transformers provide an infinitely variable step-less output voltage that can be adjusted from 0 to 117% of the nominal input voltage.

The available 240V (HB/HO) and 120V (LB/LO) manual and motoristed controlled single phase variable transformer ranges are detailed in the TABs below.

Supplied as standard to IP20 (NEMA 1 Style) enclosures, with terminal covers, the casings can be easily removed for 'Open' style and panel mount applications.
